Our director, Mandeep Premi, brings over 8 years of industry experience. Having started his career in residential real estate, Mandeep was recruited by Australia’s largest private development marketing agency at the age of 21. By 24, he had founded his own business, successfully transacting over $100 million in real estate assets and advising on $200 million in developments. His vision and leadership drive Regal & Fox’s commitment to excellence and growth in niche markets.

To support our clients, Regal & Fox offers a full suite of services, including Building Consultancy, Property Management, Project Management, Town Planning, and Due Diligence and Feasibility assessments. Our Story

Regal & Fox is the merging of a few decades of hands-on real estate experience. The firm was founded by Mandeep Premi, a long-time practitioner, who has worked as a residential agent, property developer and previously owned a real estate company. The firm was built on a solid understanding of the appropriateness of high-level consulting within the multifaceted real estate industry.

Having worn many different hats in the industry, Mandeep could see there was a gap in the market for a firm that could practice both real estate agency work, but also consult at a high level—most particularly in due diligence and feasibility studies. And so, Regal & Fox was founded, a firm that leads the market and not just adheres to the rhythm of the market by designing our strategies with foresight to monitor and source trends and opportunities.
